The Madagascar Specimen File Sheet
The Madagascar GPO sold much of it's archive in the 1970's. The "Specimen" was applied by the receiving Postal Authority for accountancy purposes and sent to the postal Authorities so that they could recognize them as an authorized issue used on incoming mail,. This file sheet from the Madagascar archives is affixed to a portion of the sheet from the record ledger book and is unique. (RPSL Certificate)
